PAYMENTS

Payments shall be made 50% as advance along with the work order, 40% payment after completion of 50% of work, and 10% after full completion. Payment shall be made by bank transfer to HEXANEST.IN nominated account. However, services fees such as interior design drawings, site visits, inspection, supervision, and consulting fees shall be paid 100% in advance.

REFUND

The Services are generally not refundable. All Sales are final. We reserve the right, however, to provide you with a refund and/or a credit if we deem, in our sole discretion, such is appropriate given the circumstances.

INDEMNITY

The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of www.civillane.com or their breach of the terms.
